    Start Date

    Training will begin on July 1, 2026, unless otherwise arranged. The successful candidate will fully assume the position on July 13, 2026.

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to provide temporary support for a minimum three-month contract assignment. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, safety documentation, and fleet management activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, maintain confidentiality, and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Human Resources Administration

    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Assist with employee benefits administration, enrollment, and employee inquiries.Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.Investigate and assist in resolving employee relations issues in a professional and confidential manner.Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.Conduct new hire orientations, including coordination of required drug screenings and background checks.Maintain accurate and organized employee records in accordance with company procedures and internal SOPs.

    Workers' Compensation & Employee Support

    Track and assist employees with active workers' compensation (L&I) claims.Communicate claim updates and relevant information with the designated Approach Analyst.Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up records related to employee claims.

    Fleet Management

    Track all company fleet vehicles and maintain associated records.Coordinate and send vehicle maintenance reminders, including oil change notifications.Ensure GPS tracking systems remain active and functional on all fleet vehicles.Maintain records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.Organize and store all fleet-related documentation.

    Safety Program Support

    Create and distribute weekly safety meeting agendas for Foremen and supervisors.Send reminders regarding scheduled safety meetings and required attendance.Ensure employee safety documentation is completed, submitted, and properly recorded.Maintain organized records of all safety-related documents and certifications.

    Qualifications

    Previous experience in Human Resources, Office Administration, or a related field preferred.Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations principles.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

    Contract Terms

    Temporary contract assignment of three months or longer.Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday.Additional contract details, compensation, and extension opportunities will be discussed during the hiring process.
