Hands on Training
Manage and process real estate transactions from opening to closing.
Review title commitments, surveys, and other necessary documents.
Order and follow up on payoffs, estoppels, and other required documentation.
Prepare closing statements and ensure all figures are accurate.
Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers to facilitate smooth closings.
Maintain organized and complete transaction files.
Previous experience as a Title Processor is essential.
Familiarity with title insurance principles and real estate closing procedures.
Proficiency in relevant real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
