We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Title Processor to join our growing family. In this role, you won't just be processing paperwork; you'll be a key player in ensuring that our clients' significant real estate investments are protected. You'll work closely with a supportive team, using your skills to manage transactions, resolve potential issues, and contribute to successful closings.     Responsibilities

    Manage and process real estate transactions from opening to closing.

    Review title commitments, surveys, and other necessary documents.

    Order and follow up on payoffs, estoppels, and other required documentation.

    Prepare closing statements and ensure all figures are accurate.

    Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers to facilitate smooth closings.

    Maintain organized and complete transaction files.


    Requirements

    Previous experience as a Title Processor is essential.

    Familiarity with title insurance principles and real estate closing procedures.

    Proficiency in relevant real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

    Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

    Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
