Superior Fence & Rail of Greenville is an industry leader seeking an experienced full time Customer Service and Operations Specialist. Typical work hours are from 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:00am - 1:00pm on Friday. Pay starts from $16 per hour, depending on experience.

Job ResponsibilitiesProviding administrative and customer service support to the outside sales teamMaking outbound calls to set appointments with prospective customersReceiving inbound calls from customersProviding support to customers, handle inquiries, and performing data entryAssisting operations personnel as neededBenefits Medical premium reimbursement (HRA)Paid time offMinimum Requirements At least two (2) years of customer service experiencePrevious appointment scheduling experienceComputer skills (Google’s G Suite is preferred)High School Diploma or EquivalentPossess Valid SC DLPass background check (no felonies or sex offenses)The Superior candidate will be:Skilled in verbal and written communicationHighly attentive to detailOrganizedA self-starterProficient in typing and computer skills, especially Google’s G Suite applications Exceedingly positive in work attitude
