This is a second-shift position working Monday through Friday, with an additional shift every other Saturday.
Position Overview:
As a key member of our project management team, the Assistant Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading a team of technicians to execute our projects effectively. Working closely with HudMed's senior leadership, this individual will be on a trajectory to becoming a senior team leader within our organization. This position requires travel throughout the entire HudMed service area at least once a month.
Detailed Responsibilities
Lead a team of technicians by setting up, managing, and coordinating the required number of team members, tools, and supplies for each project.
Coordinate transit logistics related to the project, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of equipment and personnel to project sites.
Support in the assignment technicians to projects based on skillsets and project requirements, providing necessary supervision to ensure effective work performance.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of technicians throughout the duration of each project, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
Serve as a liaison between hospitals and technicians, facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise during project execution.
Receive comprehensive training in-house from HudMed's senior leadership to develop the skills and expertise required for this role.
