    Arcadia Budget Inn 200 Ardale Dr High Point NC  is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work for an 83 room hotel and other required tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

    Experience in Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, and painting is essential

    Perform routine preventive maintenance

    Pool maintenance is a plus

    Work hours are Tuesday through Saturday 8AM to 5PM

    ​Qualifications:

    Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields minimum of three years.

    Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment and having your own tools is a plus.

    Ability to handle physical workload

    Deadline and detail-oriented

The incumbent will be responsible for delegating tasks, supervising restaurant staff, and problem-solving on the job. Responsibilities: Manage each shift and the issues that occur during the shift such as tardy employees, customer complaints, food delivery, etc. Ensure that each customer is completely satisfied during their visit. Customer satisfaction is your number one priority. Complete all daily paperwork at the unit level including red book information, shift inventories and all other necessary paperwork to insure the profitability of the unit. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in your unit at all times. Enforce all brands standards, company policies and procedures.
