    Act as the primary point of contact for Office 365 support and administration. Working on a small team, candidates will support MS365, Linux, Active Directory, and other cloud systems.



    Manage incoming trouble tickets related to User Access, System Performance, Troubleshooting system errors, Adds/Changes, Security Issues
    Stay current of all things Office 365, including changes & updates, roadmap & releases, and third-party solutions
    Responsible for special projects including customer migrations to Microsoft Office 365
    Analyze and provide feedback regarding deployment process and technology improvements
    Provides technical support to customers using remote tools

    Suggested Experience



    Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar work experience
    2+ years of professional experience providing admin, engineering and desktop support for Office 365
    High attention to detail with the ability to understand complex workflow systems
    Subject matter expert; Office 365, Active Directory, Networking, Personal & Mobile Computing Device
    Industry Certifications Suggested Office 365, MCSE, ITIL or other

    The HR Business Analyst supports Human Resources operations by ensuring the accuracy of employee data, maintaining HR systems such as Workday and delivering timely reports and analysis.




    HR data validation, reporting, and documentation.
    Works closely with HR, Systems Analytics, and Finance to ensure data consistency across platforms
    Support initiatives that strengthen workforce planning, compliance, and the overall employee experience.


    Data Integrity & System Maintenance



    Maintain the accuracy of employee and organizational data within Workday
    Perform data audits, identify discrepancies, and make corrections
    Conduct routine security reviews to verify appropriate access to HR data
    Maintain documentation for data processes, reporting procedures, and system updates Reporting & Analytics
    Generate and maintain recurring HR reports and dashboards


    Cross-Functional Collaboration



    Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to ensure consistent and accurate data flow between teams.
    Provide data and reporting support for compensation reviews, workforce planning, and compliance submissions


    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:



    BA or BS (or equivalent work experience)
    35 years of experience in HR data management, reporting, or HR operations.

    This role will be hybrid and on site 2-3 days per week in Boston

    Pre-Award responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


    Managing the application process with researchers, subrecipient institutions, and other administrators
    Working with PIs to prepare and submit grant applications for basic and clinical research
    Advising researchers on funding opportunity requirements, as well as fiscal, administrative, and compliance policies


    Post-Award responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


    Understanding and applying award terms and conditions, regularly reviewing study progress, and generating invoices
    Monitoring sponsored award expenditures to ensure that expenses are properly charged and reimbursed
