We are seeking a Service Technician to join our HUB Parking Technology team!
You are an ideal candidate if you have previously worked on parking equipment, security system installations and service or access automation/control and you like working outdoors. This position will require on-call duties.
What we expect of you (as assigned and scheduled):
On-site service and maintenance for our parking and access control hardware and software installations in the Minneapolis area.Provide support for multiple productsNeed to have knowledge of electronics and mechanical devices and PC computer skillsWork with various operating systems and have knowledge of networking.Software and hardware support for clients and other field service technicians.On occasion you may be asked to assist in the installation of our state-of-the-art Parking and Revenue Control system as well as Access Control equipment with other trained installation technicians (Installation duties include equipment bolt down, installation, wiring termination, establishing communications to software host, configuring and testing of new equipment under direction of a Project Manager).Do you want these benefits? About the Role
We are seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to support our North American operations within a dynamic, multi-national organization. This role will serve as a key legal and strategic partner to business leaders, providing practical, solutions-oriented legal guidance across multiple entities in the U.S. and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including:Distribution and supply agreementsInstallation/turnkey and maintenance contractsSoftware licensing agreementsBid/performance bonds and other securitiesTender documentationIdentify and mitigate legal and commercial risks across all agreementsDevelop, standardize, and continuously improve contract templates, best practices, and approval workflowsAct as a strategic partner to commercial, operations, and management teams by translating legal risks into actionable business solutionsProvide legal support across multiple U.S. entities and one Canadian entity, ensuring alignment with local legal requirementsManage disputes and litigation, including coordination with external counsel and insurance brokersSelect and manage external legal advisors to ensure quality and cost-efficiencySupport corporate governance activities, including:Board mattersDrafting resolutionsStatutory filingsActing as Corporate Secretary when requiredOversee and coordinate insurance coverage, identifying risk exposures and ensuring appropriate protectionPartner with internal stakeholders to increase awareness of legal risk and contract management best practicesWork Environment
