Position Overview:
The Mechanical Foreman oversees the daily mechanical construction activities at the work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials and progress of the project. The Foreman needs to be familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures in specified discipline. Must be able to read prints and do take offs for piping, steel and civil jobs. Position Overview:
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for bidding, planning, and executing all day to day operations for hth companies at the location assigned. The Safety Manager will work with and through management to ensure the safety of personnel, and compliance with safety and environment procedures of local, state, and federal regulations including OSHA, MSHA, and DOT while assisting in the safe achievement of profitability/productivity requirements. The Safety Manager will achieve this by conducting training, observation audits, through administration, and by supporting other Safety Managers, Supervisors, and other staff to ensure they are in line with and comply with governmental, company, and client policies. The Safety Manager is expected to stay up to date on current OSHA regulations and to stay current on safety knowledge. This position will require travel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Verifying that JHA's are completed (correctly) and that any identified hazards have been eliminated or controlled.Maintains safety files, records, and reports.Ensures that all incidents, near misses, safety infractions/violations, concerns, etc. are reported to the Corporate Office and investigated in a timely manner.Perform safety hazard assessments, inspections, and surveys. Prepare written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective or preventative measures where indicated and follow up to ensure measures have been implemented. Plans, prepares, installs, and maintains piping and plumbing systems composed of various materials; systems may include pipes, pressure and vacuum gauges, pipeline filters, steam traps, and strainer valves.Consults blueprints, work orders, schematics, or instructions; creates working procedure based on specifications.Gathers equipment and materials for the job.Welds, cuts, bends, threads, solders, and fits pipes.Attaches pipes and piping systems to walls using brackets, bracket systems, or clamps; cuts or bores holes prior to project.Installs various types of pipe covering; safely removes and properly discards of old coverings according to hazardous waste procedures and in accordance with EPA and OSHA requirements.Inspects pipes, testing for pressure and leaks; reports and/or resolves problems.Coordinates with manager to schedule machinery maintenance, repairs, and installation to minimize disruption to operations.Complies with applicable safety and building codes, regulations, and best practices.Maintains records, including safety logs and inspection details.Assist with jobsite safety to comply with all OSHA regulations and the hth companies' Safety Program.Actively champions a positive workplace and safety culture.Performs various other duties and functions as required or assigned.Qualifications:

Position Overview:
The Industrial Cleaning Laborer will be working mostly outdoors in industrial construction environments, performing a variety of tasks depending on the needs of the job scope. Position Overview:
The Scaffold laborer will install, repair, and/or remove insulation on piping, ductwork, industrial equipment, and other surfaces. They will also be required to assemble and dismantle tubular and system scaffolding or other temporary structures, installing ladders, walkways and handrails at sites using a variety of tools and lifts.
