Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work alongside the administratormonitor daily work assignments for completion and accuracyprovide training and direction to all staff in accordance with facility policyadminister medicationsobtain weights and vital signsface checks and other protective oversight measures to ensure resident safetyassist with personal care needschartinteract with residents and address their needs and desiresreport changes in resident's health and behaviorcoordinate resident's care needs with providers and outside resourceson call, staffing, and schedulingSkills:
