    We are seeking a dependable Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting at commercial client locations throughout the Seattle region.     Responsibilities

    Travel to commercial properties to perform maintenance and repair workTroubleshoot and repair building systems and equipmentComplete general repairs including:ElectricalPlumbingCarpentryDrywallPaintingInstall, replace, and maintain fixtures, equipment, and componentsAccurately document completed work and service reportsCommunicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customersMaintain company vehicle, tools, and equipmentFollow all company safety procedures and guidelinesParticipate in an on-call rotation for emergency service requests


    Qualifications

    1+ years of maintenance, facilities, or service technician experience preferredExperience with multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple service callsComfortable working outdoors and traveling throughout the regionAbility to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical workValid Driver's License required

    Role Description:.

    The Telemarketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jurupa Valley, CA. This position is responsible for outbound and inbound phone calls to identify potential customers, qualify leads, and promote company products and services to targeted markets. 


    Day-to-day tasks include making 125 Minimum Daily Calls, maintaining call lists, following scripts while tailoring messaging to customer needs, recording call outcomes in CRM systems, and scheduling follow-up contacts or appointments for the sales team.

    The Telemarketing Specialist responds to inquiries, provides basic product information, and directs more complex questions to appropriate team members. The role collaborates closely with the sales manager to ensure accurate lead handoff, consistent messaging, and a positive experience for prospective and existing customers.


    Qualifications

    Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and support revenue growth.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and maintain positive customer interactions.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including confident phone presence and accurate documentation of conversations.Familiarity with CRM software, call tracking tools, and basic Microsoft Office or similar applications is beneficial.Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center environments, preferably in B2B or industrial/manufacturing sectors, is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Jurupa Valley, CA, manage call targets, follow structured processes, and adapt to evolving sales strategies.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.Must have reliable form of transportation to and from office.
