Position Overview
Our Partner, is seeking a full-time locum CRNA to support a high-volume, medically directed anesthesia service. This is an onsite, Monday-Friday, 8-hour schedule with first case at 7:00 a.m. and typical end time around 3:00 p.m., with the expectation that the provider will stay if cases run over.
This role is paying at a Top 10% (2025 market) level for South Carolina locum CRNAs and is ideal for providers who can commit to ongoing coverage and complete weekday orientation prior to their first shift.
For financial planning, a standard 5x8 schedule at the recommended rate equates to approximately $100,000 over the course of the assignment

Job Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia care in a medically directed model alongside onsite anesthesiologists
Manage 7:00 a.m. first starts and remain flexible for cases that run past 3:00 p.m.
Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and participate in postop care as required
Deliver safe anesthesia for general, OB/GYN, urology, ophthalmology/cataracts, and vascular/dialysis access cases
Care for well pediatric patients (no neonates under 3 months; no complex/sick peds)
Document per hospital standards and participate in OR throughput expectations
Adhere to McLeod onboarding, infection control, and safety policies
Skills & Experience

Prior experience in a medically directed model
