    One of our Partners in South Carolina is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a 13-week locum tenens assignment beginning April-June 2026.

    This is a full-time, weekday-only opportunity in a medical-directed ACT model (4:1 ratio) at a stable, community-based acute care hospital.

    Provider Pay: (Top 15% of 2026 Southeast CRNA locum market)

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM 40 hours/week

    Job Responsibilities

    Provide anesthesia services for primarily adult population (95% adult / 5% pediatric ages 12+)

    Case mix includes:

    Orthopedics

    Spine

    General surgery

    Out-of-OR cases:

    GI

    CV/TEE

    MRI coverage (as needed)

    Vent management

    Arterial line placement

    Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues

    Collaboration within medical-directed ACT model

    Skills & Experience

    NBCRNA Board Certification

    Active South Carolina license (required at submission)

    Minimum 2 years CRNA experience

    ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA required)

    DEA required

    Our Partner, is seeking a full-time locum CRNA to support a high-volume, medically directed anesthesia service. This is an onsite, Monday-Friday, 8-hour schedule with first case at 7:00 a.m. and typical end time around 3:00 p.m., with the expectation that the provider will stay if cases run over.

    This role is paying at a Top 10% (2025 market) level for South Carolina locum CRNAs and is ideal for providers who can commit to ongoing coverage and complete weekday orientation prior to their first shift.

    For financial planning, a standard 5x8 schedule at the recommended rate equates to approximately $100,000 over the course of the assignment

    Assignment Highlights

    Full-time CRNA locum need, onsite, Monday-Friday

    Job Responsibilities

    Provide anesthesia care in a medically directed model alongside onsite anesthesiologists

    Manage 7:00 a.m. first starts and remain flexible for cases that run past 3:00 p.m.

    Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and participate in postop care as required

    Deliver safe anesthesia for general, OB/GYN, urology, ophthalmology/cataracts, and vascular/dialysis access cases

    Care for well pediatric patients (no neonates under 3 months; no complex/sick peds)

    Document per hospital standards and participate in OR throughput expectations

    Adhere to McLeod onboarding, infection control, and safety policies

    Skills & Experience

    Active South Carolina CRNA license (required; this job does not indicate they will consider unlicensed candidates)

    Prior experience in a medically directed model

    Comfortable with the case mix listed above

    Ability to arrive onsite for mandatory weekday orientation prior to first shift

    Clean/transparent malpractice history preferred

    Current BLS/ACLS/PALS as required by facility (submit what's current)
