Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales / Project Manager who can confidently take projects from initial consultation through completion.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Can run appointments and close workUnderstands how to build accurate scopes and estimatesCan manage projects and keep them movingWe are open to candidates who are well-rounded or those who specialize (interiors, exteriors, additions, etc.) and want to grow into a larger role.
Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners and run project consultationsBuild and present estimates and scopes of workClose projects and maintain client relationshipsManage jobs from start to finishCoordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedulesEnsure quality control and customer satisfactionWhat We’re Looking For
