    Requirements:

    Key Responsibilities

    Conduct new employee safety orientation for Shockey employees.Provide feedback on ways to improve Safety program based on project visits and program assessment.Participate in department meetings to address opportunities for improvement and discuss current program assessment.Participate in Safety Committee Meetings.Execute position development plan to position for advancement to next level.Conduct and/or coordinate required training for Shockey employees and track completed training and retraining requirements in company database.Conduct regular project audits to ensure the safety and health program is being implemented and is in compliance with the company program and local, state, and federal safety and health regulations.Participate with Project Managers and Superintendents in pre-job safety planning to ensure project safety is adequately planned for and addressed.Act as a company resource for safety and health matters and provide advice and direction as needed.Review the use of personal protective equipment on projects, evaluate the effectiveness of its use, and propose improvements when needed.Monitors and reports monthly, quarterly and yearly data as requested.Investigate incidents and provide follow-up to supervisors and VP as needed.

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    Education and/or Experience

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

    OHST Occupational Health & Safety Technician, or CHST Construction Health & Safety Technician.CPR First Aid Instructor Possess a valid driver’s license.Other certifications helpful.

    Work Environment

    While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals and extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee frequently is required to drive from project to project.

    Requirements:

    System Installation & Configuration

    Education and/or Experience

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.Strong knowledge of Windows & iOS operating systems, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting.Basic familiarity with Active Directory and/or Entra ID management of user accounts, group, and configuration policies.     Lead Partner Services projects from kickoff through closeoutMaintain responsibility for budget, schedule, and project quality.Coordinate with Partner Services leadership, field superintendents, subcontractors, and internal departments.Develop project schedules reflecting trade sequencing and occupied-building constraints.Manage procurement, subcontract buyout, material ordering, and cost tracking.Maintain consistent communication with clients, building management, and stakeholders.Maintain organized project documentation including RFIs, change management, meeting notes, and closeout documentation.

    Field & Trade Coordination

    Understand and plan interior construction sequencing from mobilization through punch-out.Coordinate closely with field supervision to ensure proper installation sequencing.Verify MEP rough-ins, inspections, and above-ceiling work prior to closing walls or ceilings.Conduct periodic site visits to confirm field conditions and project readiness.Identify potential coordination issues early and proactively resolve them.

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work, performance appraisals, making recommendations to management for the rewarding and disciplining of employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

    Requirements

    3+ years of experience in construction project management, estimating, or a hybrid role.Strong understanding of interior construction sequencing and trade coordination.Ability to interpret drawings and develop scopes across multiple trades.Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing trade interactions.Proficiency in Excel for estimates, cost tracking, and project analysis.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage projects in occupied buildings, considering logistics, noise, dust control, and access.Demonstrated initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities.

    Preferred

    Experience with self-perform interior trades (framing, drywall, ceilings, painting).Experience preparing client proposals and written scopes of work.Familiarity with code compliance, permitting, and inspection processes.Experience working in fast-paced service-oriented construction environments.
