    THE ROLE

    The Senior Executive Personal Assistant (SEPA) is the primary point of contact for all day-to-day matters relating to the principals - professional, personal, and household. This is a senior EA role requiring exceptional standards of organization, discretion, and delivery. The SEPA leads an immediate team of two supporting assistants, setting the tone for the quality and consistency of output across the function, but the SEPA will engage far more widely across family interests, staff and other third parties.

    This person must be an outstanding enabler; meticulous in execution, proactive in anticipation, and utterly reliable in facilitating and communicating complex synchronization of activity.

    The role directly reports to the principals and demands a deep commitment to service and to getting the detail right, every time.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    A warm, private family is seeking a loving, organized, and proactive Mother's Helper / Family Assistant to support their home and help care for their one-year-old daughter. The family splits their time between Orlando and Indianapolis, typically spending summers in Orlando and the remainder of the year in Indianapolis. Fo r the right fit, they are open to helping candidates relocate from anywhere nationwide.

    The family is seeking someone who is kind, reserved, discreet, and genuinely enjoys supporting a household behind the scenes. This role is much more focused on helping the home run smoothly than traditional full-charge nanny responsibilities. While childcare is certainly part of the role, the position is approximately 80% household support and 20% childcare assistance.

    The family values a calm, nurturing environment centered around interactive play, outdoor time, reading, and engagement with their daughter. They are seeking someone who respects privacy, is comfortable working quietly alongside Mom, and is willing to sign an NDA. No social media use while in the home will be permitted.

    Fluency in both English and French OR English and Spanish is a very strong bonus for this family as the parents also speak these languages.

    Responsibilities
    Assist Mom with day-to-day household support Maintain tidiness and organization throughout the home Organize toys, sanitize play areas, and help maintain child-related spaces Child-related laundry and linens Assist with unpacking, organizing, and keeping household systems running smoothly Provide occasional childcare coverage while Mom runs errands or attends appointments Engage the child through reading, outdoor time, interactive play, and age-appropriate activities Travel domestically and internationally with the family as needed Act as an extra set of hands to help create a peaceful, organized household environment
    Schedule Expectations
    The general schedule will typically be a 5-day per week, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule. However, flexibility is very important. Some weeks may require Monday - Friday coverage, others may require weekend coverage, depending on the family's travel and seasonal needs. The family will provide schedules at least one month in advance and anticipates the schedule structure being fairly predictable seasonally.
