We are currently seeking an outstanding mechanically diverse field technician. Hydraulic Hose Field Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing issues leading to hose removal and installation. General labor is required for the position as well as flexibility to be in rotation for on-call and emergency service. A successful candidate will deliver exceptional service while maintaining good communication with customers in the construction industry.

We are seeking an administrative professional that is very familiar with the Houston area who will receive all incoming service calls, establish/maintain relationships with customers and schedule our Field Service Technicians for onsite service. Must be comfortable working in a repair shop environment in NW Houston.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
Greet and assist onsite guests
Manage time effectively
Provide exceptional 5-star customer service for all inbound and outbound calls using friendly and confident tone of voice always maintaining customer focus.
Regularly monitor the dispatch board and assign technician workloads based on skill-set and geographical location. Keep up with technician locations as well as upcoming assigned jobs.
Effectively use Maps, such as Google Maps, to help navigate both customers and techs.
Maintain up-to-date customer records, files, and correspondence.
Maintain on-call schedule for technicians.
Draft correspondence and other necessary documents
Input customer invoices, follow up with calls and email effectively
Other duties as assigned
What we look for:
Previous experience in office administration, customer support and dispatching support are beneficial.
A self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multitask

Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of, or the ability to learn company product lines, services, policies, and procedures
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word & Excel
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
P21 experience is a plus.
Bi-lingual a plus.

Other job duties include general labor, hose removal and installation, and on-call emergency service on industrial and construction equipment. A successful candidate will have skills in maintaining good communication with our customers, and their supervisor/team members while out in the field.
