The Leasing Specialist is an expert Leasing professional who moves between properties in the Coon Rapids area, bringing specialized leasing assistance to properties that need additional leasing attention. Mileage and expenses are company paid.
What would my responsibilities include?
Expedite the leasing of the properties to which you are assignedAnswer phones, greet incoming traffic and respond to emails, establishing and maintaining professional rapport with prospects Showcase, lease and market the property through video connections and in-person showingsBuild relationships, follow up and maintain effective and timely communication and excellent customer service with staff and applicantsProvide creativity and strategy to best market the units. Hornig Companies seeks a full-time Apartment Turnover Technician to perform light maintenance and prepare apartments for new move-ins at Hornig Companies properties throughout the Minneapolis/ St. Paul metro area. Maintenance support may be provided to multiple properties varying in complexity, location and a diverse range of clientele.
What would my responsibilities include?
