Responsibilities:Exceed sales tonnage and product mix goals in the assigned territory by effectively calling on and selling focus distributors and key operator accounts.Supports the generation of additional sales by effectively identifying and calling on operators in the territory.Manages the Hormel Broker relationships in Hawaii and Alaska.Utilizes available promotional programs to maximize sales as compared to promotional monies spent.Assures all administrative duties are handled in a timely manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures.Provides pertinent territorial information regarding customers' and competitors' activities for use by management in assessing sales performance.Initiates and maintains up-to-date operator profile records utilizing Salesforce.com on key operators in the territory.Travel 25%.Qualifications:Required

The base hiring pay range for this role is between $79,300 - $111,000 per year, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.

**Job Responsibilities**
1. Perform routine checks that include, but not limited to, monitoring of production lines, sanitation standards, HACCP checks, label auditing, weight checks
2. Completion and review of documentation
3. Assure proper execution of the Jennie-O Turkey Store HACCP, SQF, NTIS programs as well as company policies and procedures
4. Provide technical support and training to the plant in areas of USDA regulation compliance, process control program analysis investigation, product performance reporting, GMP's and food safety principles

6. Assists department Flex Person weekly with Master Cleaning Calendar
7. Able to gain knowledge in all areas of the department
**Minimum Qualifications**
***** Must be able to complete basic audits including HACCP monitoring and verifications, SSOP preoperative & operative sanitation monitoring, weight control checks, online quality audits

**Job Purpose:** Supports management in the implementation of food safety and food quality processes and procedures. Trains and manages 4-6 quality auditors.
