This role requires a deep understanding of industrial equipment and processes, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into tailored solutions for our customers.The Role: Driving Overall Project ExecutionAs a Project Manager, you will be the point person for the overall execution of our projects, utilizing your technical prowess and relationship building to provide engineered solutions that enhance customer experience. Your primary responsibilities are:Ensuring overall project integrity, budget, schedules, and contractual obligations of intricate custom solutionsDiagnosing complex customer challenges and engineering tailored solutions that drive efficiency and performanceBuilding and nurturing long-term customer relationships, positioning Horizon Systems as a trusted partnerNegotiating and structuring deals that align with both customer needs and company objectivesWorking cross-functionally with sales, engineering, operations, and field technician teams to ensure seamless project executionPrioritizing work of assigned Project Engineer(s) to execute deliverables both externally and internallyTraveling 10-25% (5 to 13 weeks per year)Core CompetenciesAchievement in this role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem solving, and excellent communication skills to drive projects from kickoff to successful start-up.
