Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction to project close-outManage project teams including Project Coordinators, Assistant Project Managers, Site Superintendents and SubcontractorsMaximize team effectiveness to ensure milestones and objectives are metManage job costsCreate, manage, execute and expedite construction schedules Monitor performance standards guaranteeing jobsite safetyPromote a business environment that fosters high levels of integrityQuickly identify and resolve job level issues Frequently communicate progress of construction activities with client Customize communication and systems to meet client requirementsSummary of Qualifications:

Configure and maintain all servers, network infrastructure, firewall and security, storage, on-prem and cloud-based networks Configure, maintain, administer, and manage all networksConfigure, monitor, administer and manage systems securities Maintain, administer and manage all software contracts and policiesManage backup solutions ensuring all systems are adequate and operating properly at all timesManagement of Azure Cloud Computing Services Organize and understand all current software, determine needs and suggest alternatives that better suit the companyMaintain, administer and manage relationships with technology vendorsConfigure and maintain Microsoft 365 systemsTrain HelpDesk staff and collaborate as a team to minimize downtime and increase efficiency and performanceSummary of Qualifications:
A degree in Information Technologies or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experienceProven experience leading a teamStrong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior leadership Microsoft 365 products (SharePoint, Teams, Teams Voice, OneDrive, Powershell, Power BI)Experience configuring and maintaining Windows and IOS productsMinimum of 5 years' experience in Azure cloud computing services, with the required certifications: AZ900, DP900, AI900, DP100, AZ500 and DP300Expert with Helpdesk and Asset Management software (e.g., Lansweeper)Additional Certificates Needed: CITM, MS600, MS102, SC300, SC400, SC900, MS900Preferred Skills:
