In this role, you will assist in the assembly of wood roof and floor trusses according to specifications, blueprints, and production schedules. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Essential Responsibilities
Assemble wood trusses using hand tools.
Read and interpret truss layouts, work orders, and production drawings.
Measure, position, and secure lumber components according to specifications.
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to supervisors.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or assembly experience preferred but not required.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

This is a hands-on position responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Qualifications
