    Key Focus of the Role

    This position combines light warehouse duties with clerical support. The role involves pulling product samples, labeling, and matching item numbers with a high level of accuracy. Approximately 50% of the time will be spent at a workstation handling data entry and basic Excel tasks, and 50% in the warehouse or sample room supporting pre-production activities. The role may also support internal functions such as purchasing with product tracking and coordination.

    Duties

    Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and order pickers to ensure timely delivery

    Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts as needed (experience is a plus, not required)

    Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and conducting regular stock checks using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms

    Assist with shipping & receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against shipping documents

    Utilize warehouse distribution techniques to optimize space and streamline order fulfillment processes for e-commerce and retail clients

    Support packaging operations ensuring products are securely packed for shipment while adhering to quality standards

    Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and stock levels in accordance with company policies

    Pull and prepare product samples for internal processing

    Apply labels and verify item numbers with strong attention to detail

    Support pre-production activities including sorting and organizing materials

    Perform basic data entry and Excel-related tasks to track and organize product information

    Experience

    Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is highly preferred, especially with order picking, packing, and inventory management

    • Follow all DOT regulations for shipping containers.
    • Train other Operators as required.
    • Perform general housekeeping.
    • Perform duties with minimum supervision.
