This hospital affiliated Neurology clinic is looking for a Neurologist to join an established outpatient practice. Here, you'd join two physicians in a location in the northwest corner of Indiana, roughly half an hour from downtown Chicago. A few details: Schedule is weekdays 8a-5p with some flexibility. Expected volume is 2-3 patients per provider hours. Scope of practice includes EEGs, nerve conduction studies, and treatment of general neurological disorders. Experience with Botox injections is helpful. Ideal candidates will be board certified or truly board eligible.
