Qualifications Bachelors degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field required. 810+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale production operations in a food, CPG, or similar regulated industry. Demonstrated success implementing process improvements, cost reductions, and quality initiatives. Experience managing budgets, production planning, and resource allocation at a strategic level. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or Continuous Improvement methodologies. Proficient in ERP systems, manufacturing software, and performance analytics tools. Deep knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, GMP, HACCP).
