Qualifications and Skills
Strong Drivability Diagnostic skills - Able to troubleshoot and diagnose automotive issues on a variety of makes and models of Domestic and European carsAccurately Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.Conduct multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of Customer vehicles.Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards and document all work performed.Recommend services that are necessary to keep the customer’s vehicle in running condition; properly documenting all repair recommendations on work orders.Collaborate with other team members to find solutions to diagnostic problems.Communication - Bring comments and concerns to Shop Manager and Management to find solutions.Team player- Able to work well with others while working independently as needed.Valid Driver’s License3+ years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experienceCustomer-focused attitudeHigh motivation and energy!Team player mentality!Attention to detail!Ability to follow instructions and processes to ensure safety and qualityASE certifications a plusBenefits:
