Homeland Health Specialists is seeking qualified RNs and LPNs to administer vaccinations, including Flu, COVID-19, and other CDC-recommended vaccinations, for our traveling clinics at companies, schools, and other organizations throughout Minnesota and surrounding states.
This position requires flexibility to work multiple shifts and locations, ~20-40 hours/week, depending on our clients' needs from late August to the end of November. We serve much of the Twin Cities, Brainerd, Cambridge, Duluth, Fargo, Grand Forks, Mankato, Owatonna/ Faribault, Rochester, St. Cloud, Western Wisconsin, Eastern North Dakota, and Iowa.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate aseptic technique and safe delivery of vaccinations to pediatric and adult clients according to Homeland Health Specialists, Inc. policies and protocols, and CDC best practicesPossess critical thinking and clinical assessment skills to handle emergencies (e.g. reaction to vaccinations)Review client consent and insurance form for completeness and legibility before offering servicesDemonstrate strong customer service skills, patience, problem-solving, and flexibilityMaintain professional relationships with internal and external customers while serving as Homeland Health Specialists, Inc. ambassador.Perform on-site supervision of other Homeland Health Specialists staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursingPossession of a valid license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical NurseMust possess and maintain a current, unrestricted driver’s license in good standing, maintain an acceptable driving record, and have reliable access to a properly insured vehicle. Ability and willingness to travel regularly to various clinic locations within the assigned geographic area are required.Must have a current CPR certification.

Homeland Health Specialists is seeking qualified RNs and LPNs to administer vaccinations, including Flu, COVID-19, and other CDC-recommended vaccinations, for our traveling clinics at companies, schools, and other organizations throughout Minnesota and surrounding states.
This position requires flexibility to work multiple shifts and locations, ~20-40 hours/week, depending on our clients' needs from late August to the end of November. We serve much of the Twin Cities, Brainerd, Cambridge, Duluth, Fargo, Grand Forks, Mankato, Owatonna/ Faribault, Rochester, St. Cloud, Western Wisconsin, Eastern North Dakota, and Iowa.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate aseptic technique and safe delivery of vaccinations to pediatric and adult clients according to Homeland Health Specialists, Inc. policies and protocols, and CDC best practicesPossess critical thinking and clinical assessment skills to handle emergencies (e.g. reaction to vaccinations)Review client consent and insurance form for completeness and legibility before offering servicesDemonstrate strong customer service skills, patience, problem-solving, and flexibilityMaintain professional relationships with internal and external customers while serving as Homeland Health Specialists, Inc. ambassador.Perform on-site supervision of other Homeland Health Specialists staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursingPossession of a valid license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical NurseMust possess and maintain a current, unrestricted driver’s license in good standing, maintain an acceptable driving record, and have reliable access to a properly insured vehicle. Ability and willingness to travel regularly to various clinic locations within the assigned geographic area are required.Must have a current CPR certification.
