What You'll Do
As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every candidate who wants to join the Home Run Inn team. You'll be the friendly face (and voice) guiding applicants through the hiring process while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll also play an important role in helping teammates feel connected through onboarding, recognition, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.

Position Summary: Perform the art of making delicious and great quality looking pizza according to SOP and recipes.
Must be available to work weekends/evening shifts, as well as holidays.
Responsibilities:
Stock and prepare necessary food ingredients and dry goods needed for pizza preparation.Read order tickets for appropriate ingredients to utilize.Stretch and prepare edges of the pizza crust. Read LessWe are looking for a customer service focused, and dependable teammate to help with both the phone/cashier and Hosting duties for our Full Service Restaurant in Beverly-Chicago, IL.
The Phone/Cashier will answer phones, take customer orders, provide accurate and timely information and make appropriate menu recommendations. Deliver the correct product to each carry-out guest; process payments for all carry-out orders.
As a Host, you will greet all guests with a friendly welcoming attitude upon arrival, and escort guests to tables and present menus.
Schedule: Must be available to work Friday-Sundays along with some closing shifts during the week as well. Flexible to work AM (10am-4pm) and PM Shifts (4pm-11pm) is required as well.
Responsibilities:
Greeting guests via phone.Take clear, concise food and beverage orders.Assist customers by recommending and suggesting menu items.Sell items from the menu and suggest extra items for purchase. Quote prices and describe features of items. Answer general questions.Computerize bill, itemized lists and tickets showing amount due.Accept cash or cash equivalents for payment and provide correct change and receipts.Assist in inventory, rotation, stocking of shelf items and other merchandise. Applicable to area of responsibility. Includes, soda, paper goods and condiments.Assist in restaurant marketing by distributing carry-out and catering menus or other promotional materials to restaurant guests.Follow SOP regarding customer service and phone procedures. Specifically follow phone scripts regarding sales techniques and routine customer calls.Use POS System, calculator and phone.Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.Maintain cleanliness of the counter, phone station, and lobby area.Supports and promotes a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements and reinforcing safe behaviors across the team.Perform other related duties as assigned.Requirements:Previous experience in customer service or cash handling preferredAn ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsFlexibility to work evenings and mornings, weekends, and holidays.Continuously be able to physically lift, reach, bend and stop.Ability to stand for extended periods. (up to 5 hours).Have working knowledge of the predominant language of our guests.You must obtain Food Handler certification within 30 days of being hired.You must obtain Safety shoes are required within 30 days of being hired.Must be at least 16 years old.Food Allergens at the Restaurant: Milk, Eggs, Tree nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, Soybeans, Sesame.

Position Summary: Perform the art of making delicious and great quality looking pizza according to SOP and recipes.
Must be available to work weekends/evening shifts, as well as holidays. Hours will vary from 9am-11pm.
Responsibilities:
Stock and prepare necessary food ingredients and dry goods needed for pizza preparation.Read order tickets for appropriate ingredients to utilize.Stretch and prepare edges of the pizza crust. Measure and apply ingredients to pizza.Cook pizza by placing in oven, monitoring the cooking process, take pizza out of oven and slice.Clean pizza ovens, meat tables and all food prep machine on a regular basis.Move food and beverage stock when necessary and assist in inventory process.Monitor quality of food and spoilage.Rotate perishable stock items based on FIFO method of inventory.Follow SOP’s of pizza preparation adhering to specified weights, measures, portioning techniques and safe food handling practices.Follow specific SOP of dough handling regarding proper proofing time and stretching techniques.Be able to perform opening and closing duties as assigned.Use kitchen / cooking appliances and equipment.Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.Work from verbal and written ordersPerform other related duties as assigned.Requirements:Constantly be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.Able to thrive in a Fast Paced environment.Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).Frequently be able to safely lift bags, cases, and stack weight up to 50 pounds with assistance.Must be at least 16 years of age or older to operate Kitchen EquipmentFlexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. (4pm-close)Basic understanding of Food Safety and Sanitation PracticesFood Handler certification.
