We are currently seeking a Residential Services Coordinator to oversee the operations of assigned residential programs and ensure the quality and compliance of services provided to the individuals we support.
As a Residential Services Coordinator , responsibilities will include:
Supervise Program Coordinators and oversee program operations
Monitor compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) and Home Life policies
Train, mentor, and evaluate residential management staff
Support staff with scheduling, documentation, and licensing requirements
Ensure health, safety, and well-being of supported individuals
Oversee financial accounts, benefits maintenance, and advocacy efforts
Respond to emergencies and licensing reviews
Participate in interviews and onboarding for Program Coordinators and Managers
Minimum Requirements:
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, insurance, and a clean driving record with 3+ years of driving experience
Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
Two or more years of supervisory experience
Two or more years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Familiarity with Oregon Developmental Disabilities Services and case management systems
Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
Ability to maintain regular attendance and complete required training
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Development, Psychology, or related field
Experience with Therap and "When to Work" scheduling systems
Training in dual diagnosis (I/DD and Mental Health)
Nonprofit experience in finance or administration
Schedule: Full-time, salaried position. This position includes regular meetings, scheduled on-call responsibilities, and a mix of remote and on-site oversight duties.
