Home Enterprises Inc. is a small, tight-knit remodeling and electrical contractor serving the Fort Wayne area. We do quality residential remodeling, and we're growing. We need a Carpenter Foreman who's been around long enough to know what good work looks like and who takes pride in making sure it happens every day.
This isn't a "big company" gig. You'll work alongside ownership, not beneath layers of management. If you want your voice heard and your skills respected, you'll fit right in.
Compensation:$35 - $45 hourly DOE
Responsibilities:What You'll Do
Lead and manage a 3-4 person crew on residential remodeling projectsRun morning huddles, assign daily tasks, and keep projects on scheduleCoordinate materials, subcontractors, and timelines with managementPerform and oversee carpentry work: framing, finishing, drywall, roofing, and flooringEnforce quality standards and job site safety every single dayCommunicate clearly with management and clients - no surprisesMentor crew members and help them growQualifications:What we're Looking For
5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience, you've built it, framed it, finished itExperience leading or supervising a crew (formal or informal)Proficient with carpentry tools, techniques, and materialsStrong measuring and math skillsValid driver's licenseHigh school diploma or GED preferredLocal to the Northeast Indiana areaBenefits
