About the RoleThe Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for performing high-quality residential and light commercial equipment replacements, including air handlers, condensers, package units, and ductwork. This role includes leading an installation apprentice, ensuring safe and efficient jobsite operations, and delivering clean, professional workmanship that reflects the standards of Holy City Heating & Air.
You must bring your own hand tools, micron gauge, and gauges. Candidates with their own vacuum pump, nitrogen regulator, recovery machine, and torches are strongly preferred. Installers must be able to work in hot environments, remove existing equipment, and install and start up new systems up to 10 tons.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As the Install Manager, you will be responsible for managing the installation team, ensuring that they are properly trained, and that they have the necessary tools and equipment to complete their work.
