    Job Summary:

    Holy Angels is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Manager to lead all aspects of information technology across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing infrastructure, systems security, hardware/software lifecycle management, and end-user support. The IT Manager will drive strategic upgrades, ensure HIPAA and cybersecurity compliance, and serve as a key partner in operational continuity and innovation.

    Specific Skills and Responsibilities:

    Infrastructure & Systems Oversight

    Manage and maintain all facility-wide IT systems, servers, networks, and endpointsOversee installation, configuration, and upgrades of hardware and softwareAdminister user accounts, permissions, and access controls across platformsMonitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities or inefficienciesSecurity & Compliance

    Ensure full HIPAA compliance across all digital systems and data handlingImplement and maintain enterprise-grade antivirus, malware protection, and firewallsConduct regular audits of security protocols and access logsDevelop and enforce IT policies, disaster recovery plans, and data retention schedulesNetwork & Device Management

    Oversee wired and wireless network infrastructure, including cabling and routersInstall and maintain camera systems, phones, printers, TVs, and other peripheralsManage inventory and lifecycle of all IT assets (workstations, mobile devices, etc.)End-User Support & Training

    Provide Tier 13 technical support to staff across departmentsTrain employees on system use, cybersecurity awareness, and troubleshooting basicsMaintain help desk documentation and ticketing system for issue trackingStrategic Planning & Collaboration

    Partner with leadership to evaluate and implement new technologiesSupport budgeting and procurement for IT-related projects and platformsCoordinate with external vendors and consultants as neededParticipate in cross-functional planning for operational upgrades and compliance initiativesQualifications:

    Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, including supervisory or managerial rolesAdvanced knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments, networking, and cloud platformsStrong analytical, communication, and project management skillsEducation:

    Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)Work Environment:

    Must work respectfully and effectively with individuals with developmental disabilitiesOn-site role requiring physical presence across departments and buildingsPhysical Demands:

    Job Summary:

    Holy Angels Residential Facility is in search of a BCBA/Board Certified Behavior Analyst- or BCBA-Doctorate to assess the needs of residents/clients and developing individual behavior programs accordingly. The qualified candidate will have a passion for helping individuals on the autism spectrum or related intellectual and developmental disabilities reach their full potential. This is a full time, 40 + hour per week salaried position, hours not dependent on census, with one on one therapy sessions. The BCBAs role includes the following:

    Specific Skills and Responsibilities

    Manage day to day behavioral therapy in an Intermediate Care Facility across all services provided in conjunction with the
    Psychologist
    Conduct assessments across learning domains such as language, academics, social skills, and functional life skills
    Generating Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
    Train, Supervise and oversee Registered Line/Behavior Technicians in the ICF. (Proof of BACB Supervisory Training)
    Ability to train facility staff, caregivers, and family members in behavior analysis techniques
    Coordinate with families, staff, and other team members to ensure program consistency and efficacy
    Performs all other duties as requested by the CEO and Director of Residential Services

    Qualifications:

    Must maintain certification and be in good standing with the BACB
    Must maintain a current and valid drivers license
    Experience with programming in clinical settings
    Experience with program development
    At least 2 years of experience working with a variety of learners in either a special education classroom, ABA home program, ABA
    center-based program, school or ICF

    Education:

    Masters degree or Doctorate in Psychology or related field
    BCBA or BCBA-D Certification

    Work Environment:

    Works closely with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

    Holy Angels Residential Facility is in search of a DSW/DSP Direct Service Professional from 2:45pm to 11:15 pm to provide care and assist with daily living skills for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

    Specific Skills and Responsibilities

    Supervise, assist, and train resident in all activities of daily living, including but not limited to, personal hygiene skills, clothing care
    skills, social skills, leisure skills, care of personal space, dining skills, toileting, and appropriate behavior skills
    Provide continuous active treatment for residents
    Accurately complete all assigned documentation including but not limited to, formal and service objectives, behavior incident
    reports, accident/incident documentation, medical related documentation
    All documentation put in computer system
    Report any issues or sign/symptoms of resident illness to nurse and supervisor
    Provide additional services which may be assigned as part of the job such as laundry, dining room duty, or any other reasonable
    requests made by supervisor deemed necessary for resident care or as part of the job
    Requires daily computer use

    Qualifications:

    Assist the Retail Coordinators in the day-to-day operations of the retail location
    Conduct inventory in a retail setting
    Greet and serve customers
    Train, supervise and oversee individuals with developmental disabilities/residents working in the retail areas
    Work Pop Up parties and retail locations on weekends
    Transport retail items between locations
    Drives Pop Up Van to locations
    Must be able to communicate with the public effectively
    Must be able follow dress code (uniform)
    Performs all other duties as requested by the Retail Coordinators and Director

    Qualifications:

    Must maintain a current and valid drivers license
    5-10 Years experience working independently in retial shops
    Education:

    High School Diploma or GED Required
