    POSITION SUMMARY

    Repairs and overhauls new and used Ag equipment and/or company owned equipment at customers’ sites by performing the following duties.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Perform diagnosis, and repairs on various types of Ag machines: to include Sprayers, Planter Tractors, Combine, Industrial Engines and various other machinery and attachments.Perform thorough machine inspections utilizing Mobile inspections apps.Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) on machines utilizing manufacture guidelines.Troubleshoot and repair Electrical, Hydraulic, Engine, Powertrain and A/C systemsUse computer diagnostic tooling and manufacture software systems when diagnosing and repairing equipment.Be able to read, trace, and apply Electrical & Hydraulic schematics to complex machine systemsComplete all electronic data entry and paperwork including service reports, time entry, warranty tickets and inspections.Be able to communicate direction of repair and make warranty recommendationsBe able to work individually or as part of a team, including coaching and mentoring technicians as needed.Promote a positive safety culture while following company safely polices and regulations.Stay current on all safety training/certifications including OSHA, fork-lift, Smith DrivingOther duties as assigned.

    EXPERIENCE

    5 or more years equipment repair experience or Field Service experience required.

    LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

    Class B or C Driver License

    COMPENSATION

    Wage Range: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour

    Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    To sell new and/or used Ag equipment to our customers and potential customers in the assigned territory.

    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Works on specific accounts including responsibility for growing revenue within those accounts.Maintaining customer relationships.Setting and meeting sales targets to increase revenue.Working with sales manager on devising effective territory sales and marketing strategies.Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods.Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.Discover sales opportunities.Present products and services to prospective customers.Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.Monitor competition within assigned region.Prepare and submit reports to the sales manager.Works with sales and rental coordinators in processing of paperwork on sales and rental transactions.Other duties as assigned.SKILLSKnowledge of Challenger products and other AG related equipment.Knowledge of PC applications with Microsoft Office and/or mobile sales office. Must be a self-starter with excellent time management and negotiating skills.Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

    Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or five years agricultural related sales experience with heavy equipment.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    Must have a valid driver license and a clean DMV driving report.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of agricultural equipment.Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.Replace worn or damaged parts, such as bearings, gears, and seals.Use computer diagnostic tooling in repairing tractors.Utilize torch and welder for basic cutting, brazing, and welding as needed.Follow all safety procedures and comply with environmental regulations.Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed for service reports, time entry, warranty.Other duties as assigned.

    COMPENSATION

    Wage Range $ 35.00 to $45.00

    POSITION SUMMARY

    To sell new and/or used Ag equipment to our customers and potential customers in the assigned territory.

    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Works on specific accounts including responsibility for growing revenue within those accounts.Maintaining customer relationships.Setting and meeting sales targets to increase revenue.Working with sales manager on devising effective territory sales and marketing strategies.Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods.Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.Discover sales opportunities.Present products and services to prospective customers.Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.Monitor competition within assigned region.Prepare and submit reports to the sales manager.Works with sales and rental coordinators in processing of paperwork on sales and rental transactions.Other duties as assigned.SKILLSKnowledge of Challenger products and other AG related equipment.Knowledge of PC applications with Microsoft Office and/or mobile sales office. Must be a self-starter with excellent time management and negotiating skills.Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

    Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or five years agricultural related sales experience with heavy equipment.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    Must have a valid driver license and a clean DMV driving report.
