    We're looking for a talented Revit Specialist to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of technical craft and collaborative delivery - translating ideas from sketches and verbal direction into accurate, coordinated drawings that project teams depend on. If you take pride in clean models, sharp details, and getting it right, we want to hear from you!

We're growing our BIM capabilities and need someone who genuinely cares about the craft to join our team.

    Your Impact

    Provide BIM support across project teams, producing drawings from sketches, verbal instructions, and notesAnalyse input materials to determine the best approach for developing deliverables, working with minimal supervisionCreate and manage Revit families that improve project efficiency and consistencyManage submittal production for medium-sized projects and assist on medium/large projectsCollaborate with project leaders to coordinate consultant work and keep things movingContribute to the organisation of plans, sections, details, and elevationsUphold office standards for design quality, production, and accuracy - including reviewing your own workManage distribution and filing of incoming and outgoing project documentationApply project research and understand and implement relevant software and operating systems

    An A.A. degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent4+ years of structural drafting experience or related experienceIntermediate to advanced Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam skills, including the ability to create and manage Revit familiesStrong verbal communication skills, including listening and questioningGood analytical skills - you can assess risks and obstacles and offer practical solutionsSolid time management and a track record of meeting deadlinesAdditional MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to supporting your project team
