    Job SummaryBusy Ambulatory Surgery Center is looking for an Operating Room Registered Nurse with Saturday availability.
    MUST HAVE 2+ Years OR Experience (Ortho/Neuro/Pain/Spine)

    Responsibilities Collaborate with the surgical team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technicians, to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.Monitor patients during surgery, assessing their condition, vital signs, and anesthesia effectiveness.Administer medications and interventions as directed by the surgical team.Assemble and prepare the necessary instruments, supplies and equipment for the surgical procedure according to the surgeon’s preference card.Open sterile supplies with the scrub tech/nurse.Check the working order of the room equipment.Assesses physiological and psychosocial health status of patient.Document all patient information accurately and maintain thorough records.Continually adjusts care plan based on patient/family data.Demonstrates proper preoperative process – communication/report.Demonstrates proper procedure and documentation for surgical case counting.Demonstrates proper aseptic technique.Demonstrates efficient turnover time.Demonstrates proper technique for obtaining blood products.Demonstrates proper patient identification verification per policy.Demonstrates proper surgical site identification and marking per policy.Anticipates surgeon’s needs during surgical procedure.Performs other duties as assigned.Education/QualificationsValid Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.Specialty certification preferred.BLS and ACLS certifications.EXPERIENCE/TRAINING

    Two years' experience as OR Nurse at Ambulatory Surgical Center.Minimum one year ORTHOPEDICS/PAIN/NEURO/SPINE experience.LICENSE/SKILLS

    Thorough knowledge of the Nursing Process.Knowledge and experience in Perioperative care of the surgical patient.Knowledge of specialized equipment.Cost effective in the use of supplies and equipment. Read Less

The ideal candidate brings established relationships with physicians and PI attorneys, a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with our team.

    You should excel at building trust, initiating high-value conversations, and securing meetings with surgeons across all specialties. A proven record of business development success, strategic thinking and long-term relationship building is essential.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians and attorneys, with a strong preference for existing PI attorney connections.

    Actively promote the clinical and operational benefits of our surgery centers while building strong, positive relationships with key surgeons and OR staff.

    Facilitate introductions and collaboration between physicians across specialties.

    Create synergy between physicians and attorneys through strategic networking.

    Increase patient volume by proactively engaging your book of business to identify new opportunities.

    Host physician tours of the surgery center, conduct introductions and drive new case volume.

    Educate surgeons and staff on our business model, contracting, credentialing and operational processes.

    Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales activity, pipeline status and onboarding progress.

    Plan and execute small networking events—such as cocktail hours, dinners, or in-office lunches—to connect physicians and attorneys.

    Qualifications

    Immediate, direct access to surgeons across multiple specialties is required.

    Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; advanced degree is a plus.

    Minimum 5+ years of outside sales experience in the healthcare industry.

    Bilingual abilities are a strong plus.

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    Reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly.
    Fluency in Spanish  **A MUST**
