Country Inn & Suites is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Morning front desk agent to join our team. The Front Desk agent will oversee the front desk operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and perform end-of-day financial reconciliation to maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and other inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.Maintain the security of the hotel during the morning shift, ensuring the safety of guests and staff.Monitor and respond to phone calls and emails as needed.Assist with setting up the breakfast area, if required, for the morning shift.Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.Qualifications:
