    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

    Greet guests warmly, offer advice and guidance regarding the resort. Security Gate Officers will ensure all guests (be they owners, overnight, recreational or business related) receive directions on how to reach their intended destinations. Work closely with the front office team to conform reservationsIdentify and engage any suspicious person(s) who may attempt to access the property under false pretenses and verify their purpose for being on the property. Greet employees arriving for work by confirming they possess their active OLCC Employee ID Card.Greet incoming Warehouse deliveries, confirm they are vendors and provide appropriate directions to the drivers.Coordinate with Security Officers during emergency situations to ensure arriving emergency vehicles receive directions on how to reach their intended destinations in a timely manner.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    Strong customer service background.Two years of hotel or retail experience with high customer contact preferred.

The PBX Operator will respond to all inbound owner/guest requests or inquiries, internal service requests, and other information requests to ensure that all inquiries are addressed and resolved promptly, creating a sense of urgency and importance in the experience of our owners and guests. This position will have a solid understanding of resort facilities and services, as well as possess a general knowledge of club ownership services, in order to properly facilitate information requests from club owners and guests to the proper department for the resolution of any concerns, requests, or issues.

    The PBX Operator will efficiently distribute calls to various individuals and departments as needed to ensure a timely response to any information request and guest satisfaction. They will also track all calls and information requests, as well as assist all departments as needed to ensure that timely service requests are met. Additional responsibilities include communicating room anomalies, coordinating all communication between the proper personnel via phone or radio, and providing clerical support for the department. Other activities include monitoring staff assignment completion times for requests. The PBX Operator will confer with other departments to coordinate and follow up on all guest-related issues. You may be required to work at the front desk as a Front Desk Specialist, as these departments often cross-train for appropriate business coverage.

    The General Maintenance Technician I performs maintenance service and repairs at our resort ensuring that all facilities and villas are maintained to the highest standards This role includes performing routine inspections, addressing maintenance requests, and executing repairs to enhance the guest experience and maintain safety. Success in this position requires upholding high-quality standards for both interior and exterior spaces through daily inspections, skilled use of basic to intermediate hand tools, and a thorough understanding of dispatching systems. The GMT I will proactively identify, and address repair needs to keep all assets fully functional and visually well-maintained. Additionally, they will respond to guest requests promptly, demonstrating a customer-focused approach. For larger repairs or when additional resources are required, they will collaborate and communicate with leadership to ensure efficient and effective completion.

    2:30pm-11:00pm (Weekends & Holidays Required)

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

    Performs basic routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on plumbing fixtures, windows, doors, lighting, and other assets within the property. Basic troubleshooting and repairsExamples: repairing door hinges, furniture assembly, changing air filters and vents, touch-up paint, caulkingMinor plumbing and electricalExamples: unclogging drains and toilets, replacing light bulbsInspections and capturing needed repairsGuest interactionPerforms corrective maintenance in response to guest and staff calls.Helps to maintain a clean and safe worksite by removing debris, reporting cleanliness issues to the proper team, and preparing for inclement weather events.Adhere to all company, Brand, Safety, OSHA, and compliance standards and regulations, including the completion of company training and the training of fellow teammates, as assigned by the leader.Maintain accurate records, services, and work performed via mobile and desktop applications.
