We are seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager / Director to join our automotive dealership team. This position is responsible for securing financing options for clients, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the process. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and maximizing dealership profitability.
Responsibilities
Present financial services and products to customers in a professional and compliant mannerSecure financing through a wide network of lenders, offering the best available options for each customerProcess all transactions accurately and in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulationsMaintain relationships with financial institutions and update programs as neededCollaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for customers from sales to financeReview and verify all documentation for accuracy and completeness before submissionMaintain strong knowledge of current financing programs, rates, and incentivesMonitor and maintain appropriate levels of product penetration and profitabilityRequirements

The Controller provides sales and expense analyses for all departments. Responsibilities
The Controller is a key position that reports to the General Manager and the Dealer Principal. The Controller supports the entire accounting function and financial reporting for our dealership. This position will work closely with management and other departments to help ensure harmonious and productive operations, which will help maximize the success of the dealership. Successful Candidates must be able to maintain excellent business relations with customers, both internally and externally. Candidates will also be expected to help develop and motivate accounting associates to ensure that performance metrics are being met or exceeded.

The Finance Director is responsible for leading the dealership's Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, maximizing profitability, developing the finance team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle purchase process.
Job ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Insurance team to achieve performance goals.Oversee daily F&I department operations and ensure efficient workflow.Monitor finance production, product penetration, and profitability.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as lender and dealership policies.Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lending partners.Review and approve finance transactions for accuracy and completeness.Assist in structuring financing options that meet customer needs and lender requirements.Monitor contracts to ensure timely funding and resolution of any funding issues.Analyze departmental performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.Train team members on compliance, sales processes, and dealership policies.Collaborate with sales management to support dealership sales objectives.Maintain accurate records and required documentation for all finance transactions.Stay informed of changes in lending programs, regulations, and industry best practices.Attend management meetings and participate in dealership planning initiatives.RequirementsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.Five or more years of progressive automotive Finance & Insurance experience, including management responsibilities.Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.Strong understanding of automotive finance regulations and compliance requirements.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
