Contribute directly to production codebases using AI-assisted development to deliver high-impact solutions
Quickly ramp into unfamiliar codebases and technical domains to provide effective engineering support
Identify and drive opportunities to apply AI-augmented development practices across teams
Evaluate, recommend, and integrate AI coding tools to improve developer productivity
Establish standards and guidelines for AI usage, including prompt practices, code quality, security, and workflow integration
Develop governance and monitoring frameworks for responsible AI tool usage
Mentor engineers on effective AI prompt engineering and AI-enabled workflows
Track, measure, and communicate productivity improvements and success stories
WHAT YOU WILL NEED5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants in real-world development environments
Strong expertise in .NET and React development
Experience with cloud-based architectures, with Azure preferred
Advanced prompt engineering skills and understanding of large language models

Coach and mentor both developers and others to help develop GenAI skills and knowledge.
