THE ROLE
The Generative AI Innovation team is transforming the way our client and their customers leverage their data for competitive advantage. As a Senior Full Stack Developer on this team, you will lead one or more teams comprised primarily, if not exclusively, of coding agents to design and develop GenAI features and agents for both our client's market products and internal processes. You will function as a company GenAI evangelist, helping to fully leverage the ever-expanding capabilities of coding assistant and coding agent tools. This role is hybrid to the Denver, CO area.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Act as the governing lead for one or more teams of virtual developers using Cognition AI’s Devin (or similar toolsets).
Collaborate with our client's development teams to design innovative GenAI-based products and features using tools like Cline, Replit, and Cursor.
Research, evaluate, and document new technologies, dev agents, and similar tools as they appear on the market..
Socialize recent technologies throughout the Engineering department.
Function as an evangelist for leveraging GenAI to responsibly benefit the company and our clients.
Write clean, maintainable code that is extensible with minimum number of defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Engineering and Product Management to complete tasks.
Manage individual task priorities, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables.
Demonstrate knowledge of software and security best practices (i.e., object-oriented design patterns, OWASP Top 10, SOLID design principles).
Produce documentation and evaluation of new technologies and their potential value for our client.
Communicate with other groups in the organization to evaluate the possibility of leveraging GenAI to address current process challenges and inefficiencies.
Collaborate with other team members to design and develop robust features and products using GenAI and other modern technologies.
Translate product and feature ideas into technical designs and development tasks.
Conduct sessions and webinars to disseminate knowledge throughout the Engineering department.
Define new opportunities for leveraging GenAI to improve our client's products and organizational processes.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED• 5+ years of software development experience with strong competence in backend development
• 5+ years of experience with the following technologies:
C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core
React
• 4+ years of experience with the following technologies:
SQL Azure (preferred) or SQL Server
PostgreSQL (preferred)
Unit testing frameworks (i.e., Unknit, MSTest)
• AI development experience including competence with:
Large Language Models (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic)
Prompt Engineering
Embeddings/vectorization/semantic similarity
RAG
• Experience with the following tools:
GitHub / Azure DevOps / Bit
Microsoft Visual Studio Code (preferred) or Microsoft Visual Studio
• Education in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or related experience)
• Strong visioning, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable speaking to different levels in the organization – from peers to directors to the CTO – the role has high visibility and plays a part in the strategic growth of the team

We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking AI QE Fullstack Engineer to join our client's team in their new Denver office. In this role, you will join a passionate team that is driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and develop the latest in AI legal technology, making a difference for legal professionals everywhere.
This role is hybrid to the Denver, CO area.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Execute the design, development, testing, and delivery of scalable customer-facing applications and services
Experience performing automated testing on search systems
Experience performing testing on AI-based technologies – chat bots, LLM/text embedding products, other AI/ML products
Quality-first mindset with a passion for engineering
Deliver clean, thoroughly documented, and extensible code, adhering to defined engineering standards for quality, security, and scalability, under general supervision
Review code defects, identify remediation steps, and implement solutions in web-based environments
Achieve proficiency in full-stack engineering skills, with a particular emphasis on web development frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web applications
WHAT YOU WILL NEEDBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
2 to 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with a proven track record of solving real-world business challenges
Strong understanding of web development principles, including object-oriented design, SOLID, and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Solid foundation in modern, front-end technologies, including TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and web frameworks like React or Node.js
Experience with C# and .NET Core (familiarity with additional back-end technologies is desirable)
Experience with API development and cloud computing platforms, specifically Azure (experience with MCP Servers a big plus)
Familiarity with Cursor/VS Code, GitHub, NuGet, Jira, Confluence and collaborative tools for distributed teams
Experience with coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Cognition Devin
Experience working in SCRUM/agile teams
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with unit testing libraries
Knowledge of cloud software design patterns, Microservices and Serverless functions,
Good knowledge of software design patterns and best practices in web application development
Experience with containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
