We're looking for a driven
Account Executive with experience in AV integration, low-voltage systems, or technology-driven environments who thrives in a hunter-style sales role. This position is responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across AV and workplace solutions.
Responsibilities:• Drive new business development and actively build a strong sales pipeline
• Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities within target markets and verticals
• Sell a full portfolio of solutions, including AV systems, workplace technology, and integrated environments
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including end users, consultants, and general contractors
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs, challenges, and buying criteria
• Develop and present custom AV and workplace technology solutions
• Lead client presentations, product demos, and proposal reviews
• Collaborate with AV engineers, design teams, and project managers to deliver tailored solutions
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue and gross profit targets
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM updates
• Stay current on AV trends, collaboration tools, and emerging workplace technologies
Requirements
Requirements:• 3-5+ years of experience in:
AV sales, AV integration, or technology solutions sales, ORCommercial interiors, construction, or related industries
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of AV technologies such as:
Conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms)Control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX)Displays, audio systems, and collaboration tools
• Experience selling into corporate, healthcare, education, or enterprise environments
• Ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting to close
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong drive for results
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

CTS or other AV-related certifications are a plus
