    About the Opportunity

    We are partnering with a fast-growing, highly respected production company specializing in high-end live events and immersive audio-visual experiences. This team supports a wide range of corporate, entertainment, and large-scale productions, working with high-profile clients and cutting-edge technology. They are seeking an experienced Technical/Production Manager to lead and execute complex event productions from concept to completion.

    Role Overview

    This position is ideal for a seasoned production professional with a strong background in live events and audio-visual systems. You will oversee all technical and production aspects of events, ensuring seamless execution while managing crews, equipment, and client expectations. This role requires approximately 30-40% travel.

    Requirements

    Key Qualifications

    10+ years of experience in live event productionWell-rounded knowledge of audio, video, LED, lighting, rigging, power, and stage managementStrong understanding of AV integration and executionProficiency in LED wall mapping (Novastar & Brompton) and ResolumeWorking knowledge of CAD or VectorworksStrong network within the production and events industryExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and resourcefulnessAbility to stay calm under pressure and manage high-stakes environmentsExperience working with high-profile clientsStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and adaptableWillingness to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed
    Key Responsibilities

    Lead all technical and production aspects of live eventsDevelop equipment lists, pull sheets, and technical documentationCoordinate rentals while optimizing cost efficiencyTranslate stage designs into technical execution plans, including rigging and AV layoutsConduct site visits and manage final event advancements with venues and vendorsHire, assign, and manage production crews onsiteOversee load-in, rehearsals, and live show executionOptimize crew efficiency and production timelinesTroubleshoot and resolve real-time technical issues during eventsEnsure system redundancy, safety protocols, and performance monitoringManage power distribution and cable organizationCollaborate with creative teams to align technical execution with visionMaintain production budgets and track overall show costsLead production meetings and provide ongoing updatesTrain and mentor junior techniciansSupport continuous improvement of production processes and SOPsServe as onsite Technical or Production Manager depending on event needs

    About the Opportunity

    We are a fast-growing provider of integrated workplace solutions, combining audiovisual systems, commercial interiors, and architectural elements to transform how organizations collaborate, learn, and operate.

    We're looking for a driven Account Executive with experience in AV integration, low-voltage systems, or technology-driven environments who thrives in a hunter-style sales role. This position is responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across AV and workplace solutions.

    Responsibilities:
    • Drive new business development and actively build a strong sales pipeline
    • Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities within target markets and verticals
    • Sell a full portfolio of solutions, including AV systems, workplace technology, and integrated environments
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including end users, consultants, and general contractors
    • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs, challenges, and buying criteria
    • Develop and present custom AV and workplace technology solutions
    • Lead client presentations, product demos, and proposal reviews
    • Collaborate with AV engineers, design teams, and project managers to deliver tailored solutions
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue and gross profit targets
    • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM updates
    • Stay current on AV trends, collaboration tools, and emerging workplace technologies

    Requirements

    Requirements:
    • 3-5+ years of experience in:

    AV sales, AV integration, or technology solutions sales, ORCommercial interiors, construction, or related industries
    • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong understanding of AV technologies such as:

    Conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms)Control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX)Displays, audio systems, and collaboration tools
    • Experience selling into corporate, healthcare, education, or enterprise environments
    • Ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting to close
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong drive for results
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
    CTS or other AV-related certifications are a plus Read Less
