    We are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our growing team in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.

    This role is ideal for a strong field leader with extensive commercial construction experience who is ready to lead impactful projects while growing with a fast-expanding organization operating throughout the U.S. and Caribbean.

    What You’ll Do:

    Lead daily field operations on commercial construction projectsManage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and qualityCoordinate with project managers, inspectors, and design teamsDrive projects to successful completion on time and within budgetMaintain strong jobsite leadership and communication

    About the Role


    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will inspect, maintain, and repair specialized equipment and vehicles. This is a hands-on position working with advanced mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems across a variety of equipment types.

    Our technicians work on the repair of aerial lifts and telescopic ladder systems, high-output pumps and flow systems, electrical and hydraulic systems, structural weldments, drivetrain and suspension systems, annual service and inspections, welding and fabrication, and more.


    What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

    Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment and related systemsDiagnose and repair defective components such as pumps, hoses, valves, and electrical systemsTest and calibrate systems to ensure they meet safety and performance standardsConduct preventive maintenance tasks, including lubrication, fluid changes, and filter replacementsComplete annual services and detailed inspectionsPerform welding and fabrication as neededMaintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and equipment servicedStay current with advancements in equipment technology and industry standardsCollaborate with team members to prioritize repairs and optimize maintenance schedulesFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

    What You Bring

    Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safetyHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferred: 1+ year of experience in heavy truck, equipment, or automotive repairBackgrounds in heavy highway trucks, heavy equipment, material handling equipment, or automotive are highly valuedBasic understanding of engines, transmissions, braking systems, and electrical systemsExperience with hydraulic and electrical systems preferredWelding and fabrication experience is a plusStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail in documenting work performed and parts used

    Schedule & Work Environment

    Full-time, Monday–FridayOvertime opportunities availableOccasional overnight travel may be required, depending on job location
