Commercial Construction Superintendent | St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our growing team in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced forklift operator to support material movement in a fast-paced metal recycling facility. This role involves handling irregular, heavy, and loose scrap materials in an outdoor industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts to move, load, and stage scrap metal (aluminum, copper, etc.)Handle non-palletized, uneven, and shifting loadsPerform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checksWork safely around heavy processing equipment (conveyors, shredders, etc.)Maintain awareness of pedestrians, spotters, and machineryKeep work areas clear of debris and hazardsFollow all OSHA and company safety protocolsRequirements:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will inspect, maintain, and repair specialized equipment and vehicles. This is a hands-on position working with advanced mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems across a variety of equipment types.
Our technicians work on the repair of aerial lifts and telescopic ladder systems, high-output pumps and flow systems, electrical and hydraulic systems, structural weldments, drivetrain and suspension systems, annual service and inspections, welding and fabrication, and more.
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment and related systemsDiagnose and repair defective components such as pumps, hoses, valves, and electrical systemsTest and calibrate systems to ensure they meet safety and performance standardsConduct preventive maintenance tasks, including lubrication, fluid changes, and filter replacementsComplete annual services and detailed inspectionsPerform welding and fabrication as neededMaintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and equipment servicedStay current with advancements in equipment technology and industry standardsCollaborate with team members to prioritize repairs and optimize maintenance schedulesFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environmentWhat You Bring
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safetyHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferred: 1+ year of experience in heavy truck, equipment, or automotive repairBackgrounds in heavy highway trucks, heavy equipment, material handling equipment, or automotive are highly valuedBasic understanding of engines, transmissions, braking systems, and electrical systemsExperience with hydraulic and electrical systems preferredWelding and fabrication experience is a plusStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail in documenting work performed and parts usedSchedule & Work Environment
