Location: Birmingham, AL
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Landscaper to join our team in Birmingham. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can operate independently, troubleshoot issues in the field, and effectively lead a crew to complete landscaping projects safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise landscape crews on commercial and residential projectsPerform landscape maintenance, installation, irrigation repairs, and general groundskeepingOperate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficientlyIdentify and resolve issues in the field with minimal supervisionEnsure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standardsTrain and mentor crew members as neededCommunicate effectively with management, clients, and team membersMaintain a safe and organized work environmentQualifications:

This position is responsible for safely operating, moving, organizing, and maintaining various types of rental equipment. This is a yard-based position — equipment operation will take place on the rental lot only and will not require traveling to job sites.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts, aerial lifts, and light-to-medium dirt equipment, along with strong attention to safety and equipment handling.
Responsibilities:
