Responsible for conducting business development activities with local Water Districts and Municipalities for Engineering Services (i.e. St. Johns, JEA, etc.)Perform engineering work in water and wastewater treatment plants and conveyance Work on engineering planning, design, design management, and project management of medium to large Water / Wastewater related projects in the region Prepare and develop reports, plans, and specifications for W/WWTPs retrofits, design builds, progressive design build, etc. of Municipal facilities in the regionPrepare cost estimates, proposals, and offer consulting services for various water and wastewater projects Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for Infrastructure, Conveyance, and Water Resource related projectsPermitting and preparation of technical memoranda, reports, and electronic deliverables Provide engineering services from conception and initial design through detailed design, construction, and commissioningParticipate in field activities and offer site visits to prospective projectsQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental Engineering Registration as a Professional Engineer 15+ years of experience in water and wastewater consulting engineering (i.e. Water Treatment Plants, Wastewater Treatment Plants, Conveyance, Collection Systems, Distribution Systems, Storage Tanks, Pollutant Storage tanks, etc.)Strong design management and project management of Water/Wastewater Conveyance or treatment plants for municipal clientsClient Service Management experience with local municipalities and water districts in the North Florida regionExtensive experience building proposals with project pursuit teams and managing prospective projects in the region with Municipal clientsMaster’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering Read LessEmployment Details:
