    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Ability to upsell add-on services (we will train you on our specific offerings).

    Strong work ethic and efficiency.

    Apprentice / Helper (1 Position):

    Mechanically inclined.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & LICENSING:

    Job Type: Full-time / Part time | Salary: Full time $50k to $65k per year (hourly plus KPI-based spiffs and commissions on sales) Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is family-owned and operated since 1984, serving the greater Portland and Vancouver metro areas. JOB DUTIES: Generate sales through outbound warm lead calling over the telephone using a variety of techniques. Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, effective communication and strong listening skills. Update and maintain prospect database and opportunity funnel on a daily basis. Manage multiple activities simultaneously including interacting with customers while using multiple software applications. Meet monthly performance targets and required daily KPIs. Work with marketing department to develop. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have proficient PC, decision making and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to communicate effectively with customers. Previous outbound call experience preferred. Must be a self-starter who can work well independently and in a team environment. Strong customer service skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong phone, email, texting, and follow up skills. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage independently.
