  POSITION SUMMARY:
  
  The Industrial Cleaning Operator will operate, maintain, and repair high-pressure water blasting equipment and industrial vacuuming equipment necessary to perform the safe and proper removal, containment, transportation, and disposal of both hazardous and non-hazardous materials within heavy industrial settings. They perform the general labor activities of a Hydroblast Technician, as well as operate water lasting and industrial vacuum equipment.
  
  PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  
  This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive, and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary from time to time.
  Show commitment to perform all assigned duties safely, at all times. Meet physical requirement to be able to safely perform all duties of Hydroblast Technicians. Will be trained to operate industrial vacuum trucks, high-pressure industrial water blasters, and other necessary equipment. Will identify mechanical problems of assigned equipment and follow up appropriately by performing minor mechanical repair and/or communicating problems to supervisor for speedy repairs. Will safely and effectively perform decontamination process of assigned equipment as required by project and company policy in order to prevent cross-contamination between equipment and job sites.
  PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
  Exposed to weather, including extreme temperatures. Work in atmospheres with potential for exposure to various chemicals that may be hazardous, toxic, or corrosive. Required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb ladders to heights of up to 250 feet.
  QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred. CDL Class A or B required. Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement preferred. Must be at least 21 years old. Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned. Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays.

  Responsible for operating and properly maintaining vacuum and hydro excavation trucks throughout the course of the job.
  
  Typical duties include, but are not limited to:
  Operating hydro excavation trucks to perform potholing, trenching, tunneling, locating utility lines, subsurface utility engineering and cleaning tasks Manage water pressure of 3000psi Completing paperwork, forms, enter service tickets and records as needed Follow all company and OSHA mandated safety policies and procedures. Follow local and federal DOT Regulations while assisting in the operation of machinery and vehicles Good communication with other employees and customers. Regular Attendance as part of a 2 man crew

  Obtain or willingness to obtain Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement Ability to operate all types of required equipment Minimum of 21 years old Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check. Possess CPR and First Aid Training Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  We are seeking a CDL Operator in with the Preferred Qualifications:
  Above-average customer service and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  Work Conditions:
  
  Work is performed outside in all types of weather; frequent exposure to heat, rain, and cold conditions. Exposure to chemicals and other hazards. Must be able to physically wear PPE include hard hat and safety glasses. Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time, bend and twist at the waist, climb stairs, and walk without assistance. Occasional use of special visual or auditory equipment such as goggles and earplugs. Traveling to job sites during the workweek and occasionally staying overnight as needed, depending on the project.

  Benefits are available to full-time employees (30 or more hours per week).
  
  Medical, dental, vision, voluntary life insurance, and voluntary short-term and long-term disability insurance after 90 days. 7 paid Holidays. 40 hours vacation pay after 1 year; 80 hours after 2 years. Sick pay according to state laws 401(k) eligible with up to 50% company match on the first 6% after 1 year.
