    About the Role
    Our Long-Term Acute Care hospital is seeking experienced PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality patient care in Med-Surg and ICU units. This role is ideal for skilled LPNs with recent LTAC experience who want flexible scheduling while working with medically complex patients.

    Responsibilities
    Deliver direct patient care, treatments, and medication administration.Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to care.Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and procedures as directed.Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to support patient recovery.Respond promptly to emergencies and follow ACLS protocols.Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.Requirements
    Active LPN license in Oklahoma.ACLS certification (required).Recent LTAC experience in both Med-Surg and ICU (required).Strong clinical assessment, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.Flexible to work PRN day or night, 12-hour shifts.Compensation
    $28.00 – $32.50 per hourPay is dependent on experience and whether employed as W2 or 1099Benefits

    Position: Correctional Nurse -LPN
    Location: Limestone County, Groesbeck, TX
    Schedule: 8 Week Contract- 7P-7A & 7A-7p
    Starting Pay: $38 an hour with per diem

    What You'll Do:
    As a Correctional Nurse, you'll be at the forefront of compassionate care in a correctional center. Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to the following:
    Apply appropriate nursing skills in the area and treatment of inmates/residents.Attend sick calls with the physician to see inmates/residents; prepare a list of inmates/residents to be examined; prepare examining room and equipment.Examine and assess new inmates/residents with illnesses or injuries or inmates/residents who become ill or injured; refer inmates/residents to the emergency room or other appropriate healthcare facilities as required by their condition.Monitor, as directed, inmate/resident inpatient hospitalizations for early releases whenever appropriateOperate pill calls, dispense medication, and document as required by applicable policies and/or proceduresRegularly evaluate the provision of medical services to prevent the inappropriate use or duplication of those servicesPerform emergency procedures as needed and notify Licensed Independent Providers for treatment orders.Provide guidance, supervise, and monitor nursing care provided by licensed vocational/practical nursing staff and non-licensed medical staff.Requirements:
