    We require detail-oriented operators with 1–3 years of experience to set up, program, and run SMT assembly line equipment, including screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and precise Solder Technician to join our Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) team. In this role, you will be responsible for the intricate hand soldering, touch-up, and rework of both surface mount (SMT) and through-hole electronic components. Working closely with our other teams, you will correct identified defects and complete complex manual assemblies, ensuring all boards meet strict AS9100D, ISO 13485, and IPC standards before final inspection.

    Responsibilities
    We have first (7 am - 3:30 pm) and second (3 pm - 11pm) shifts.

    Key Responsibilities
    Hand Soldering: Perform high-quality hand soldering of through-hole components, wires, terminals, and complex surface-mount devices (SMD) under a microscope.Rework & Touch-up: Receive flagged boards from the AOI/Quality team and perform necessary rework, including component removal, pad preparation, and component replacement using soldering irons and hot-air rework stations.Blueprint Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret blueprints, Bill of Materials (BOM), assembly drawings, and specific customer routing instructions.Process Compliance: Ensure all soldering work complies with IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 acceptability standards, utilizing both leaded and RoHS (lead-free) solder alloys correctly.Self-Inspection: Visually inspect your own work under magnification to ensure proper solder wetting, fillet shapes, and the absence of bridges, cold joints, or component damage.Equipment Maintenance: Maintain soldering equipment, including tip replacement, temperature calibration checks, and general workstation cleanliness (5S).Documentation: Accurately sign off on physical traveler documents and update digital ERP/MRP systems to maintain strict lot traceability and production tracking.Qualifications & Skills
    Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience in electronic hand soldering and PCBA rework.Certifications: Current or recent certification in IPC J-STD-001 (Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies) and IPC-A-610 is strongly preferred.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronic components, polarity markings, and the difference between leaded and lead-free soldering processes.Tool Proficiency: Experience using precision soldering irons, hot air pencils, desoldering tweezers, flux, and solder wick.Attention to Detail: Meticulous work ethic with the ability to focus on highly detailed tasks for extended periods.Communication: Ability to provide feedback to SMT operators regarding recurring solder issues to help improve the overall manufacturing process.

    As a PCB Assembler / Potting Operator, you are the final line of defense for critical electronics. You’ll be responsible for encapsulating delicate circuit boards and components in protective epoxy or silicone, ensuring they survive everything from the vacuum of space to the vibrations of an industrial tractor.

    Responsibilities
    What You’ll Do
    Encapsulate & Protect: Prepare and apply epoxy, resin, or silicone compounds to electronic assemblies using manual dispensers or automated potting equipment.Equipment Operation: Set up, clean, and maintain potting machines, ensuring correct mix ratios and flow rates.Precision Prep: Clean and mask components to ensure "no-go" zones stay free of chemicals.Quality Control: Perform visual inspections to check for air bubbles, cracks, or uneven coverage that could compromise the product.Documentation: Follow strict Work Instructions to meet the rigorous standards of our clients.
    Required Skills:
    Mechanical Dexterity: Proven ability to operate hand tools and machinery with precision; comfortable with the repetitive physical tasks of assembly and equipment maintenance.Chemical Handling & Safety: Skilled in following safety protocols (SDS/PPE) while working with epoxy-type chemicals, resins, and solvents.Directional Accuracy: Ability to follow complex, multi-step written and verbal instructions without deviation to ensure product consistency.High Attention to Detail: Sharp visual acuity to identify minute defects, air pockets, or surface irregularities in finished goods.Professional Reliability: A track record of consistent attendance and punctuality, ensuring production deadlines are met for critical aerospace and medical contracts.
