    About the Role

    Re-Bath New England is seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Field Manager leads with "boots-on-the-ground" and calls out daily in-store and Home show and event presence explicitly to lead national account marketing initiatives in our nationwide big box home improvement retail stores and drive high-quality lead generation. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and will play a key role in expanding brand awareness, supporting sales growth, and managing field efforts.

    Key Responsibilities

    Execute field duties in our national accounts and regional sales objectives.

    Plan and manage events, home shows, seminars, and local activations to generate qualified leads.

    Oversee face-to-face lead generation programs.

    Track, analyze, and report on event performance, lead quality, and return on investment.

    Manage vendor and partner relationships.

    Qualifications

    About the Role

    As our first dedicated IT Support Specialist, you'll be the single point of contact for every device, connection, and cloud application our team touches, all-Apple, all-cloud, zero servers, zero legacy baggage to drag around. Twelve months in, every employee across our three-state footprint will have fast, reliable tech support; our Mac and iOS fleet will be fully managed through Jamf; and leadership will be pulling clean, self-serve reports out of Salesforce and our other systems instead of waiting on someone to build them. You'll be a true jack-of-all-trades: equally comfortable troubleshooting a WiFi dropout, configuring a new hire's MacBook, and building a Salesforce report a director actually wants.

    What You'll Do

    Own first- and second-line troubleshooting for every Mac desktop, iPad, and iPhone in the company, minimizing downtime for field and office staff alikeAdminister our Apple fleet through Jamf: enrollment, configuration profiles, security compliance, and patchingDiagnose and resolve network and WiFi issues across all office locations, working with ISPs and vendors as neededServe as the internal administrator for our core cloud applications, including Salesforce, RingCentral, Microsoft 365/Teams, and Google Workspace: user provisioning, permissions, and configurationMaintain and update our sales tools, including but not limited to Leap SalesPro, One Click Contractor, and IngagePerform data entry as needed to keep systems accurate and currentBuild and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other business systems so department leaders can see their numbers without waiting on ITSupport ad hoc data mining requests from leadership, pulling and organizing data to answer specific business questionsDocument recurring issues and build simple internal how-to guides so common problems get solved faster the next timeTake on additional technology responsibilities wherever they surface across the organization, so no department is left waiting on support

    What We're Looking For

    Required

    2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting macOS and iOS/iPadOS devices in a business environmentExperience administering a mobile device management (MDM) platform; Jamf experience strongly preferredWorking knowledge of networking fundamentals: WiFi troubleshooting, routers, and basic connectivity diagnosisExperience administering at least one major cloud business application (Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar)Comfortable building reports or dashboards inside a CRM or business systemWillingness and ability to learn and maintain sales-enablement software (such as Leap SalesPro, One Click Contractor, or Ingage)Strong communication skills, with the patience to support non-technical staff without making them feel small
