We’re looking for an installer to train directly under the owner. You’ll shadow on jobs to learn the process and gradually take over installs independently. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career in a growing company.
Hours for the position are Monday–Friday (some flexibility depending on project load)
Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materialsShadow and support on the installation of shades, blinds, and shuttersLearn and perform precise measuring and installation techniquesHandle tools, ladders, and equipment safelyTroubleshoot and problem-solve during installsCommunicate professionally with clients in their homesQualifications
Basic carpentry, handyman, or construction background preferred (but not required)Comfortable using hand tools, drills, and laddersAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learnWhat We Offer
