While the primary responsibility of the Office Manager is to provide customer service and perform clerical duties, as a manager, it is their responsibility to willingly participate in any aspect of the business that contributes to the overall objectives of the company.
The primary responsibilities of the Office Manager are as follows:
Accounts Receivable
Forwarding & Screening Calls
Daily Deposit
Bank/Credit Card Deposits
Clerical
Will Call
Quality Control
Shipping & Receiving
Meetings
Manage Housekeeping
