You'll manage new construction, re-roofs, and restoration/coating projects - and play a big part in making sure everything gets done on time, on budget, and up to Highland standards.

Manage projects from start to finish - creating job packets, buying out materials, scheduling labor, and keeping everything on trackWork closely with our construction managers and field crewsCoordinate deliveries with suppliers so the team always has what they needPrepare change orders and manage any warranty callbacksTrack job costs and performance to help us keep getting betterJump in with leadership to improve processes and make things run smootherWhat We're Looking For:
3+ years of project management experience in commercial roofingSolid understanding of roofing systems and construction workflowsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projectsComfortable working independently and making smart decisions on the flyStrong communicator (written and verbal) who keeps everyone in the loopAbout Highland Roofing: We've been serving commercial clients across the Carolinas for over 20 years.
