Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking to add a Low Voltage Cable Technician to become part of our team!You will install new cat6 cable in commercial buildings and data communication systems.Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of communication systemsInstall voice and video configurations to minimize communication disruptions.Investigate customer issues and design appropriate solutions.Be punctual and responsible to work on your own.Relocate telephone and computer cabling (run new cables when necessary)Rack switches bring headend up onlineterminate and certify cablesQualifications: Be able to travel out of state for one/two weeks at a timePrevious experience in telecommunicationsexperience 2 years at least must be able to work with little supervision.Familiarity with low voltage cable, terminating 568B jacks.be able to read prints and follow scope of work.primarily working in hospitality environmentsscissors lift experienced.
