This is not a typical admin role.
You will play a critical role in managing job files, supporting operations, and ensuring that our documentation meets strict insurance requirements. If you are someone who takes ownership, solves problems independently, and moves quickly without sacrificing accuracy—we want to talk to you.

The Restoration Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned Production/Restoration crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
· Manage the client experience and overall client satisfaction.
· Provide priority response to potential customers.
· Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates.
· Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
· Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
· Coordinate and oversee Restoration services with crews and subcontractors.
· Document and/or review job file to support the services provided.
· Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
· Manage Production/Restoration expenses.
· Manage equipment and materials (assets).
· Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines.
· Train Production/Restoration personnel.
· Recruit Production/Restoration personnel.
· Manage Production/Restoration personnel.
· Continued development of leadership and management skills, as well as restoration expertise.
· Other tasks/duties as required by employer.
Education and Experience Requirements:
· High School Diploma/GED required, Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
· IICRC Certifications strongly preferred.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in operations.
· Minimum 1 year management and/or supervisory experience.
· Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.
· Effective written and oral communication skills
· Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
This is a management position occasionally working in an office environment; however, frequent field visits and field management will require jobsite activities. Occasional jobsite activities may involve lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, utilizing scaffolding or lifts, pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects, working around chemicals, and working overhead.
While performing occasional jobsite duties, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc. The noise level in the work environment and job sites may be loud. The employee will be required to occasionally wear a respirator for their safety.
Salary: Up to $100,000 plus bonuses.

Build and maintain professional relationships with property managers, insurance adjusters, and other key referral partners.
Actively attend networking events, association meetings, and industry functions to develop new business opportunities.
Execute the full sales cycle — from prospecting and relationship development to follow-up and closing.
Represent our company’s construction and restoration services, including water, fire, mold, and reconstruction projects.
Educate clients on our capabilities, response processes, and how we assist insurance carriers and property owners during claims.
Identify and maintain your “Target 25” — a list of top property management and insurance professionals to build into long-term referral relationships.
Conduct presentations such as Lunch-and-Learns, Emergency Response Plans (ERPs), and Continuing Education (CE) courses for clients.
Collaborate closely with operations, estimating, and management teams to ensure each client receives outstanding service and follow-through.
2+ years of experience in property management, business-to-business sales, or insurance/vendor relations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you’re comfortable talking to executives, adjusters, and building managers alike.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
A genuine interest in the construction, restoration, and insurance industries.
Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining regular communication with internal staff.
Experience using CRM and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check (subject to applicable law).
Preferred:
Experience working with insurance adjusters, property managers, or in restoration, mitigation, or reconstruction services.
Familiarity with local property management and insurance networks.
